Cancellation & refund policy

Cancelling your subscription

• Account owners can cancel at any time in the app: Billing → Cancel renewal. You can also email info@tapashub.com from your account's email address and we will cancel it for you.
• After you cancel, you are not charged again. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• At the end of that period your workspace moves to the Free plan. Your clients, designs and data are kept, and you can upgrade again whenever you like.

Refunds

Because you can try TargetGum on the Free plan before paying, and you keep access until the end of each paid period, subscription payments are generally not refunded, including for partly used periods or unused AI actions.

We will give a full refund when:

• you were charged more than once for the same period, or charged after you had cancelled;
• you were charged the wrong amount; or
• a technical fault on our side stopped you using the paid features you paid for, and we could not fix it.

Any other request is considered case by case - write to us and we will be fair.

How to ask for a refund

Email info@tapashub.com within 7 days of the charge with your account email, the payment date and amount (or the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt), and the reason.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5-7 working days to show the money in your account after we issue the refund.

Delivery of the service

TargetGum is a software service delivered online - there is nothing shipped. Your plan is activated in your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. If a paid plan has not appeared in your account within 24 hours of a successful payment, email us and we will activate it or refund you in full.
